Dear music friends,
As of today, I am withdrawing my music with the projects "Chris Angels", "Engels" and "Cen-ProjekT" from streaming services. In the future, a new album will be available for one week on platforms like Spotify and will then be exclusively available on Bandcamp. Singles will still be accessible on streaming services. Naturally, I will provide selected journalists and online radio stations with the albums to make the music available to a wider audience.
Creating, composing, and recording music is an enormous effort. While Spotify listeners can access a vast library of music for a monthly fee, musicians receive only €0.003 for each stream. This practice allows very few artists to make a living from their music.
I produce Neo-Prog-Rock, a non-commercial niche with an audience that still appreciates and enjoys music. I am proud of each of you who is part of this community. Bandcamp will also serve as a platform for communication, and I look forward to your feedback.
